The range of “Alan” brand covers over 150 names of high-quality sausages and meat products. The products are made by groups: cooked, semi-smoked, cooked-smoked, raw-smoked sausages, hams, frankfurter sausages, small sausages, meat specialities and other products.
Sausages and specialities of “Alan” brand are produced according to the best recipes tried and tested by several generations of consumers.
The basis for quality of “Alan” products is the usage of Ukrainian meat raw materials complying with the requirements of GOSTs. It allows to achieve the excellent taste of meat products under “Alan” ТМ.
All products are subject to stringent control on a continuing basis.
Our products are certified and provided with the documents confirming their quality: veterinary certificates, conclusions of sanitary and epidemiological examination, certificates of conformity, quality certificates, and GMO test reports.
Since August 28, 2013, “Alan” meat-processing plant works according to the certification program for the manufacturers of food products FSSC 22000 which includes: Food Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 22000:2005; Pre-requisite program as stipulated by BSI-PAS 220:2008; additional requirements (inventory of applicable regulations; specifications for services; supervision of personnel in application of food safety principles).
